2. Products & Orders

We do our best to present our products accurately, including their descriptions, artwork, colors, dimensions, sizing, and availability.

Please remember that product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, and display settings. Skateboard graphics may also vary slightly in placement or appearance as a result of the production process.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions may change without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, inaccurate product information, or technical errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on RozeSkate.com are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including eligible payments processed through Stripe and PayPal.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Although we work to keep our pricing and product information accurate, occasional errors may occur. If an order is affected by a significant pricing, inventory, or technical error, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order and issue a refund, as permitted by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States for $8.88 per order, unless a different rate or promotion is displayed at checkout.

Estimated processing and delivery dates are provided to help you know when to expect your order, but they are not guaranteed.

Processing and delivery times may vary because of product availability, production schedules, carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or otherwise affected by an issue, please contact us at Hi@RozeSkate.com. We will be happy to help investigate.

Nothing in this section limits any delivery-related rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you love your Roze Skateboard purchase.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, an incorrect size or product selection, or personal preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the product and the issue so we can evaluate the matter and help resolve it.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after production, fulfillment, or processing has begun.

Any cancellation or refund required by applicable law will still be honored.

All original content on RozeSkate.com—including the Roze Skateboard name and branding, logos, skateboard graphics, product artwork, designs, photographs, illustrations, graphics, text, and other creative materials—belongs to Roze Skateboard or its respective rights holders, unless otherwise indicated.

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially use our content without prior permission from the appropriate rights holder.

We put substantial creativity, care, and intention into our designs. We appreciate your respect for our work.
